By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please note, we reserve the right to the terms, they may be updated or changed by the sole owners conditionally. Changes made will be posted here please check back here.

Shipping Terms - Placing an order with us is your confirmation for agreement to buy. Orders cannot be cancelled once checking out. As a consumer you are bound by contract for payment through credit or debit means. Your order will be shipped within 3 – 5 working days, or otherwise as discussed for customised items.

All items are shipped with tracked delivery, once delivery is confirmed you may check order and raise concerns within 3 working days. In the event of a defect please contact as soon as possible and we will work to resolve with you. This may be a settlement of partial refund or return, or replacement where appropriate.

If you are returning without a defect, you will be required to pay for the return in order to receive a full refund. This must be in arranged to be sent out in 7 working days and received by us in 14 days.

Website use terms – The buyer/card holder must be of at least 18 years of age to purchase from beddeals.co.uk

By viewing and visiting the website you agree to not inflict virus or create electronic malware which will affect or tamper the website in anyway. If in the event an issue is found we will use servers and malware to track website users for the day of occurrence and bring this issue forward to locate origin of virus.

Customer information is acquired once customer has checked out, your personal information is used to process labels and appears on invoices. Personal information including name, contact no, address and email is provided to courier for delivery. It is not shared with any other third party for advertising etc. Provided that customer is satisfied and we do not hear from customer regarding the order within 30 days personal information is compressed in file, unopened unless there is a reason to, during warranty period, which is 1 year. Thereafter information is deleted as per GDPR guidelines.

Payment – we reserve the right to limit quantity or cancel an order within reason. Where deemed appropriate. We will notify you via email or phone in the event this occurs.

Beddeals.co.uk attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, it does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from beddeals.co.uk that you receive isn’t described as shown on beddeals.co.uk, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.
