Shipping & Return

All our products are sent with tracked delivery, except samples, which are delivered free of charge.

Tracked delivery is with multiple couriers depending on items purchased, delivery partners include:

  • Panther logistics
  • Tuffnells
  • Yodel
  • DX
  • FedEx
  • DPD
  • In the event services are unavailable due to out of area routes or unprecedented reasons we will arrange private hire delivery service, tracking may not be available on this occasion but we will contact you to arrange delivery at a chosen date and time convenient for you.

    Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses when your order total is equivalent to, or above £200 otherwise as indicated at checkout. There are promotional periods when shipping may be free, sign up to our mailing list for offers.

    Non-mainland UK addresses charge will vary, you will be contacted after purchase if a surcharge is required for delivery to your chosen address. Please see chart below for addresses with an extra charge for delivery. Or contact us first to confirm.

    Please note: booked does not mean dispatched, for some orders, depending on delivery, shipping is booked in advance so the tracker may not show updates right away.


    If you feel your delivered items do not meet your expectations, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will try to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate as discussed with you at point of contact.

    Please ensure you have clear photos if you are complaining about damages or defects, as it is likely this would have occurred in transit, so we need to know if the courier is responsible.

    If an incorrect item is received, for example wrong size or colour, please send a photo of the item as well as label, as it will have an identifiable code which will help us determine the issue.

    Returning an item which has been ordered mistakenly, or you simply don’t like it then you will be required to arrange return. You may book a return and send us tracking or arrange a collection with us and you will be charged for return. For customised orders returns will not be accepted this will also apply to products with signs of wear. Refund will be processed once return is received and item checked for signs of use.
