BED DEALS WEBSITE USAGE RIGHTS

By using this website you are fully accepting any terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained within these T&C’s. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we would suggest that you do not proceed with placing an order. Orders placed by telephone are also bound by these T&Cs.
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

PAYMENTS

All Goods are manufactured to order and must be paid for in full with other details provided before your order is processed. Transactions of Payments can be made online (through a secure transaction for example PayPal) or orders can place over the telephone during office hours. Please be assured that we do not store transaction details.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our online bed store includes information on our goods which is written as it is known to the best of our understanding and knowledge. Please note the products advertised are photographed prior to manufacture, it would be impossible for our materials and fabric to be the exact same as the one advertised in the photograph, despite this please be assured that the materials we use are all high in quality and durability.

The quality of our products will remain unaffected, and it is unlikely that you will receive a product that does not match the advertised product. If there is any such unfortunate case, we will be happy to resolve any issue following an investigation into the order placed and advertised material.

Please note, the advertisement description of products may include photographed products including props like the Headboard or duvet covers and decorative items, these are not included with the product and are used for solely advertisement purposes. Please ensure you have read the item description including any disclaimers and notices regarding the product. For example, some of our products which include the mattress and divan base do not include a headboard. If you are unsure of what is and is not included in your order, please do not hesitate to contact
us.
Our products are available in Standard UK and European sizes as well as custom sizes, if you are unsure of your bed size, please enquire prior to placing an order or see our guides available on our website. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before placing an order or double-checked and confirmed a custom size to avoid disappointment and a return, refund, or exchange process.
Mattresses are created to provide comfort and so the feel and level of support and comfort a mattress provides can vary between individuals and is subjective. There are many factors that may affect this including height, weight, body shape, and personal choice. Our descriptive advertisement in this regard is therefore only a guide and we cannot issue a refund or a return on the basis that you disagree with the description provided for an example of the comfort level or feel of the mattress.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available to Mainland UK, please enquire before placing an order if you are not from mainland UK as we may still be able to arrange a service for you. Services used by us vary and we reserve the right to select delivery service we deem suitable. In line with the pandemic, there may be delays as restrictions are caused. Our Products may be delivered in parts and require easy self-assembly, should this be the case, we are happy to help if you have any questions or problems.
The passageway from the delivery vehicle to the chosen room must be clear and there must be suitable space for delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the route is free from any items which may be easily damaged during the delivery process.

RETURNS – FIRST 14 DAYS

Under European law, we as the seller are obliged to offer a full refund within the first 14 days after delivery. Any return cases that are opened after this period may be rejected. You have the right to cancel your order for a limited time before the product is dispatched by us. Dispatched by us means that we have now sent your item to be delivered. You must now wait for the item to arrive and then decide whether or not you wish to keep the item.

The cost of the return will be paid for by us or by you the customer depending on the reason for the return. If the item has been delivered defected or with manufacture issues, we may require evidence of this, and after investigating we will be happy to refund. Please note the outcome of any return and refund cases will vary depending on individual circumstances, we may for example offer a gesture of goodwill in some instances as our customer satisfaction is a top priority, this is at our discretion.

However, there may be cases where the item’s refund and return will be liable to the customer, for example, if you are unhappy with any aspect of the product despite the product’s description and or advertisement clearly stating as it is.

Please ensure that hygiene and care are taken when receiving and first opening the packaging, should there be a return necessary. If returning, please ensure the item is packaged in its original outer packaging. If returning the item using a delivery service, please ensure you use reputable and reliable services, we do not claim responsibility for any damages or losses incurred should there be any such case when you are returning the item back to us.

Once we receive the goods back, we will issue a refund, we may carry out a full inspection for signs of damage. Damaged goods will not be eligible for a full refund depending on the level of damage, this may be a point of negotiation. Once we have received the item and are happy with the product, you can expect the refund within 14 days.

RETURNS – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If in the unfortunate case where you were to receive a defective item, your consumer rights will allow a full refund as well as delivery charges to be included in the cost of the return.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In circumstances out of our control, we do not take accountability nor do we hold you the consumer accountable for situations and reasons beyond either party’s control. Cases where the delivery service used by us is delayed or any issues involving the third party have taken place. In this situation, we will always give and expect cooperation from customers and the other party to ensure the issue is resolved or alternative arrangements are made.

SIZE TOLERANCES

Please be aware all our products are made to ensure the sizing is correct, however with all soft goods, handmade and manufactured products, there may be up to half an inch of difference, this should not affect the overall sizing. For example, cushioned products are expected to reduce and expand within half an inch. This slight difference of inches cannot be considered a manufacturing defect.
